Strong corporate culture and clear policies

A strong corporate culture is an important part of NORDEN’s offer to customers and partners and new and existing employees.

The corporate culture is based on our vision and mission statement and NORDEN’s four core values; flexibility, reliability, empathy and ambition.

Along with clear policies on safety and environment, investor relations communications, risk management and dividends, this provides NORDEN with a solid fundament for prosperous business and gives NORDEN’s customers, partners and shareholders a clear indication of what to expect.

Taking NORDEN to the next level

Following a number of years with a significant inflow of new staff, the Company started a world-wide Vision, Mission and Values (VMV) process in 2006 to anchor the NORDEN VMV’s more firmly in the employees’ behaviour and our daily procedures. This process, named ‘Taking NORDEN to the next level’, continues and will be audited on a regular basis.
