NORDEN's Board of Directors has appointed a CSR Executive Body to operate and oversee the Company’s efforts and especially to keep up to date on the climate debate.
The CSR Executive Body reports to the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors discusses the main lines and essential new initiatives at least once annually. The CSR Executive Body is headed by CFO Michael Tønnes Jørgensen, and furthermore consists of Senior Vice President Lars Lundegaard, Director, CSR Ulla Eihtz Nielsen, Director, Steven Sandorff and Vice President, Thomas Jarde.
