NORDEN supports a wide range of activities to strengthen knowledge on shipping management, sea transport logistics, sea transport safety and talent development within the shipping industry:

Internally NORDEN supports talent development among employees via close cooperation with INSEAD (France) and IMD (Switzerland) management training programmes.

In addition to this, NORDEN supports the large Danish campaign for recruiting talents to the shipping industry, “World Careers”, via the Danish Shipowners Association.

Sponsorships

In order to profile the shipping industry towards future generations, NORDEN has sponsored an interactive ship simulator and an experimental stand at Experimentarium in Copenhagen (the large Danish Exploratorium on natural science and education).
