Holding of treasury shares

According to section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act - NORDEN hereby reports that the Company's holding of treasury shares is nominally DKK 2,222,823 corresponding to 4.98% of the share capital.
Compared to the most recent announcement, stating the holding as per 31 December 2007 in the annual report for 2007, it is a reduction of the holding by nominally DKK 479,317, which is caused by the employees exercising share options.
