Extraordinary general meeting - Outcome

The extraordinary general meeting was convened for the final adoption of the amendments of the articles of association, proposed by the Board of Directors, which could not be finally adopted at the Company's ordinary general meeting on 23 April 2009 due to lack of quorum, please see announcement No 20. The amendments proposed by the Board of Directors were finally adopted today at the extraordinary general meeting.
