Election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors in NORDEN

The employees in Dampskibsselskabet ”NORDEN” A/S have - for a 4-year period - elected the following members and personal alternates to the Board of Directors:

• Benn Pyrmont Johansen, Captain (new member)
Alternate: Gisli Gudjonsson, Captain

• Lars Enkegaard Biilmann, Captain (new member)
Alternate: Kai Vistisen, Captain

• Bent Torry Sørensen, Chief Engineer (new member)
Alternate: Lars Westenberg Bjørn, QA Manager

The new employee representatives will join the Board of Directors immediately following the annual general meeting on 23 April 2008.

The present employee representatives Anton Kurt Vendelbo Christensen, Egon Christensen and Ole Clausen will retire from the Board of Directors immediately following the annual general meeting
on 23 April 2008.
