Recruitment process – jobs at sea

In NORDEN we aim to give honest and open information to all applicants, and we treat our applicants with respect:

• When we receive your application, we will confirm to you that we have received it
• If we find, that your profile and background match the open position and NORDEN’s values, we will invite you to a follow-up interview with our Senior Crew and a Superintendent from our Technical Department
• After this you may be invited to a further test and interview. Subsequently we will contact you personally with our feedback and the result of our considerations
