Job Introduction

As a new employee with NORDEN you will receive a solid introduction to the job, to the company values and the standards and procedures on board our dry cargo vessels and tankers.

At first, you will receive a thorough introduction to safety, environment and crew welfare on board our vessels as well as to the organisation, key staff and procedures in the Technical Department at the Headquarters in Copenhagen. Here you will also be introduced to cargo handling and procedures on board the vessels.

When you have signed on one of our vessel, you will get a thorough job introduction and hand over of assignments from the colleague that signs off.
