Career opportunities

NORDEN offers a variety of job opportunities on board our dry cargo vessels and tankers as Senior and Junior Officers.

Senior officers

Our technical managed and DIS-registered (Danish International Shipsregister) tanker vessels are normally manned with four Danish senior officers:

• Captain
• Chief Officer
• Chief Engineer
• Second Engineer

In addition, the vessels are manned with Philippine Junior Officers and Philippine crew.

Our technical managed and DIS-registered (Danish International Shipsregister) dry cargo vessels are manned with Danish Captain and Philippine officers and crew.

Junior officers

In order to strengthen the Danish maritime industry and thus being able to man the vessels with Danish Senior Officers, NORDEN employs a number of Danish junior officers:

• Second Officer
• Third Officer
• Third Engineer
